Antonio Campi (born in Cremona ca. 1523; died in Cremona in 1587): member of a large family of artists; possibly a pupil of his brother Giulio, with whom he also worked; repeatedly active in Milan and other Lombard cities; with their rich palette, his late works exhibit an expressive chiaroscuro.
