Biography

1907/08 instruction in painting under J. H. Limpert, Frankfurt am Main. 1908/09 studied at Karlsruhe's Academy under Walter Georgi. 1910 first solo exhibition in Frankfurt am Main. Friendships with Ugi Battenberg and Richard Schönfeld. Member of the board of directors of the Frankfurt Kunstverein, and one-man show there in 1938.
