Francesco di Stefano Pesello, called Pesellino (vorn in Florence in 1422?; died in Florence in 1457), was presumably trained by his grandfather, Giuliano Pesello, in whose workshop he was employed until the older man's death (1446); later close collaboration with the Florentine painter Fra Filippo Lippi.
